The finished hat factory is located in Shenzhen China, area 6,000 square meters. It is a facility which will pass any international companies inspection. The PRODUCTIVE DEVELOPMENT department is located next to the office and showroom, so as that our DESIGN TEAM can implement any design requests within minutes. We have a office team who follow-up with any customer requests and delivery arrangements. Production output on average is 4,000 hats per day.

Wool felt hat body factory is located in Baoding, Hebei province in China. Area 20,000 square meters. We use state of the art machinery in this facility. The factory is produce wool felt cones, flares and capaline bodies in weights of 60 to 200 grams. Water repellant treatment is also available upon request. We stock 40 colors from dark to light as well as off white. The average production is 4,000 wool felt bodies per day.
